*Key Responsibilities:*

- Engage with Team Member who's taking care of HNI customers through outbound calls, crafting personalized banking solutions that exceed expectations.

- Showcase our suite of banking products, with a focus on Personal loans, using persuasive management sales techniques.

- Surpass sales targets while ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

- Keep meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions, setting the standard for excellence.

*Requirements:*

- Masterful English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A minimum of 5 years in International outbound banking sales, preferably within an International call center or VRM channel.

- Graduates from any discipline are welcome.

- Possess a natural knack for sales, with the ability to influence and persuade customers.

- Embrace a proactive approach to learning and achieving targets.
