Tech Lead - Wholesale Banking Channels| Thane

Tech Lead and leadership role for  Wholesale Banking along with managing IT teams, system security and efficiency.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Managerial Responsibilities relating to coordination with diverse groups - business users, external vendors and stakeholders and BSG/TSG team.
  2. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all collections practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDCPA, GDPR, PCI DSS). Work closely with legal, CISO.
  3. Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes. 
  4. Technology: Knowledge of API and ESB platform, designing & deriving solutions as per the requirements, Data Flow Diagram and Architecture, Knowledge of DB’s, Knowledge of IT Infrastructure.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute channel strategy across internet banking, mobile banking, host-to-host, and API platforms.
  2. Align digital channel capabilities with business goals and regulatory mandates.
  3. Drive adoption and usage of digital platforms among corporate clients
  4. Hands-on experience with:
    REST/SOAP APIs
    ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX formats
    Host-to-host file transfers (SFTP, AS2)
    Understanding of secure authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
