✡️ We are hiring for 


✡️ HP NA (HEWLETT-PACKARD NORTH AMERICA)


✡️ VOICE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS


✡️ Date of joining - 20th October, 2025


➡️Thane Location 

➡️24*7 rotational shifts

➡️5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs


✡️ Job summary- Customer service related to technical troubleshooting of HP systems


✡️ Eligibility criteria- HSC/Graduate with minimum 6 months customer service experience or above


➡️Comms skill - C2 or C1


➡️ Rounds of interview- HR round - Amcat - Floor ops


➡️CTC - 28k in hand (on basis of profile)


➡️Follow updated transport boundaries of International Business Unit (IBU) for Thane location
