Job Description: Telecaller

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone while speaking with customers.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales (if applicable).
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi/English as required).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in telecalling or telesales (optional but preferred).
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
