Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and promoting products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and generate interest among customers.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or additional requirements.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• We are Opening for Telecalling Personal Loan, Home Loan and Insurance Profile.
• Timing: 10.00AM - 7.00 PM
• Fixed salary + Incentive Process
