Job Title: Life Insurance Expert ( Tele caller )

Location: Thane

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Expert who will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist FLS (Front Line Sales) teams and customers with queries related to life insurance plans. The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert in life insurance, capable of handling objections, providing competitor rebuttals, and convincing customers confidently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and FLS calls related to life insurance products and services.
• Provide detailed information on policy features, benefits, and premium details.
• Address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support FLS by providing timely and accurate information to help close sales.
• Give strong rebuttals against competitor products and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and adherence to process guidelines.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a life insurance call center or sales support role.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and market competitors.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
