Roles & Responsibilities

·  Strong communication abilities

·  Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach

·  Maintaining payment updates on daily basis

· Continuous follow up with the clients through mailing and calling for releasing the payments on time

Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies

·  Building rapport with the clients for smooth payment release

·  Having a firm understanding of the products, Invoicing, Rate chart (product wise) & the outstanding payments

·  Ability to listen and solve problems

·  Ability to cope with rejection (from clients) while remaining calm

·  Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
