*Customer Support Executive*

We're looking for a friendly and patient Customer Support Executive to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer queries and issues via phone, email, and chat. If you're a great communicator with a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you!

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions

- Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

We're seeking a results-driven Telecaller to drive sales and growth for our business! As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and pitching our products/services. If you're a confident communicator with a go-getter attitude, this role is for you!

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Understand customer needs and pitch products/services

- Achieve daily sales targets and performance metrics

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements for both roles:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales. Freshers are also welcome.

- Proficiency in English and local languages (optional)

- Basic computer skills and typing speed
