Telecaller

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities
• :Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• File GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in audits
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks
• Ensure accuracy and timely closing of accounts
• Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook leads)
• Explain project details to customers (1 RK / 1 BHK)
• Arrange & coordinate site visits
• Follow up with interested customers till booking
• Maintain daily lead & follow-up records
• Coordinate with senior sales / management team
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi compulsory, English basic)
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
• Ability to convince & build customer trust
• Smartphone & basic WhatsApp usage mandatory
