Job Role: Customer Service Executive – YES Bank
Location: Thane, Kasarwadawali
Transport Facility: Pick-up & drop available from Thane Station to office
Job Role:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for YES Bank to handle customer queries and provide excellent service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Experienced candidates can also apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Salary & Benefits:
