Process: Kotak 811 – Outbound Voice Process
Location: Thane West
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding Kotak 811 services.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and follow up with potential customers when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills and average English.
- Basic communication and convincing skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 in-hand per month plus incentives.
- Rotational weekly off.
- Pick and drop facility from Thane Station to office.
