Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience in real estate or BPO domain preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. (Kannada, Tamil & Telugu) will be added advantage.
• Comfortable with outbound calling.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Week Off: Rotational offs between Monday to Thursday
• Weekend Attendance Mandatory (Friday to Sunday)

Compensation:

• CTC: Upto ₹36,000 per month with PF
• Net Take-Home Salary: Upto ₹32,000 per month
