 For Fresher – 12k to 15k

Experienced – 15k to 20k

Experienced

Required :- 

Minimum

6months experience in collection process in IDFC First bank collection

processs(For Banking Company ). 

Education –

10th pass to Graduate Degree. 

Skills – Good

Communications skills, convincing power, Or Basic computer knowledge. 

             maintain rules &

regulations.

Job

Description :- 

Follow up on

overdur payments and ensure timely collections.

Maintain

positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections. 

Coordinate

with other departments to resolve collection issues. 

Maintain

accurate records of all collection activities, including calls, agreement and

payments. Update customer accounts with payments information and collection

status.
