Job Description:

We are hiring Outbound Sales Executives for Godrej. Candidates with experience in banking sales, home loans, business loans, or any loan products are preferred. The role involves calling potential customers and promoting loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products.

Explain product details and benefits to customers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduates only

Minimum 6 months experience in banking, home loan, business loan, or any loan sales.

Good communication skills.

Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

Shift & Work Details:

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
