Job Description
Sales Executive – Kotak Bank
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Age: 18–32 years
- Male/Female candidates with sales experience (No freshers)
- No work gaps exceeding 6 months
Experience:
- 3 years sales experience preferred
- Basic English communication (reading & speaking)
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC up to ₹3,10,000 (freshers with experience)
- Up to ₹4,00,000 CTC for 3 years sales experience
- Monthly incentives up to ₹24,000
- 8 weekly offs (4 Saturdays + 4 Sundays)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed)
