Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Outbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services, offers, and promotions clearly and convincingly.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as per process requirement).
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with interested customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to the team leader or supervisor on customer needs and market trends.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
• Proven experience as an outbound telecaller or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
• Good listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15k-₹27k per month + Incentives (based on performance)
