Job Summary:

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced Outbound Sales Officers to promote and sell banking products through outbound sales activities. This is a permanent, on-roll opportunity offering fixed working hours, attractive incentives, and career growth.

Eligibility Criteri:

• Gender: Male / Female
• Experience: Minimum sales experience required (Freshers not eligible)
• Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

Communication Skills:

• Basic to average English communication
• Ability to read English and give a self-introduction

Employment Gap: No working gap exceeding 6 months

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

• Up to ₹3.10 LPA CTC (based on interview performance)
• Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience and basic English communication can earn up to ₹4.00 LPA CTC
• Incentives: Up to ₹24,000 per month (performance-based)
• Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank’s payroll
• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)
• Weekly Offs: 4 Sundays + 4 Saturdays / 8 days per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Kotak Bank products
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up records
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and sales processes
