Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

 We are hiring Tele calling Executive for our Tele caller Outbound Sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO or tele calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
• Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits or callbacks for the sales team
• Maintain lead data accurately in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / telecalling / telesales (any industry)
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Versant score 5 or above is mandatory
• Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
• Real Estate sales experience is an added advantage
