Job Description

Job Title: Customer Retention Executive – Vodafone Process


Eligibility:

Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience

Age limit: Up to 35 years

Language Requirement:

Marathi / Gujarati

Job Role:

Handle customer retention calls, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets

Salary:

Marathi: ₹17,000 in-hand + ₹1,500 attendance bonus + ₹1,500 language bonus

Gujarati: ₹20,500 in-hand + ₹2,000 attendance bonus + ₹2,000 language bonus

Shift Timing:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off:

Sunday Fixed

Selection Process:

AMCAT / HR Round / Operations Round / Client Round

Quality Assessment: Versant Level 3/4
