Telecalling Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/merchants.
• Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
•  Follow up on leads and ensure closure within defined TAT
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with field sales / onboarding / support teams
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach
• Experience in financial services, transaction processing, or banking support

Familiarity with payment systems and transaction workflows
