The role involves calling potential riders/drivers, explaining job opportunities, generating interest, scheduling interviews, following up on documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and the confidence to handle high-volume calling and candidate coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRider Hiring / Recruitment SupportMake outbound calls to potential riders/drivers from provided databases and leads.
• Explain job roles, earnings, incentives, and joining process clearly to candidates.
• Generate interest and convert leads into interview walk-ins / onboarding prospects.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
• Schedule interviews, document verification, and joining appointments.

Maintain daily follow-ups with interested candidates until onboarding is completed.
