Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements & Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
Work Environment:
Office-based
