Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Sourcing: Generate leads, identify potential clients, and meet sales targets for loans (mortgage, personal, business).
• Customer Guidance: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and options to clients.
• Documentation & Verification: Collect, verify, and process necessary documents (KYC, income proof) for loan approval.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and the bank/financial institution to ensure smooth processing.
• Client Management: Maintain relationships for referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in sales, preferably within banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI).
• Education: High school diploma (HSC) or Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client interaction.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess financial documentation and risk.
