Telesales Executive

We are seeking motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our team at Thane. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in tele-calling (preferably in BFSI Sales, collections or recovery), strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving Sales targets.

Freshers with strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving Sales targets can apply as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for Health Insurance and follow-ups on closures.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• 
  
• Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• 
  
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly Sales targets.
• 
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in tele-calling (BFSI Sales, collections or related roles preferred).
• 
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.
• 
  
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools (preferred).

Location Preference:

• Candidates residing in Central Line or Western Line (Mira Road, Bhayandar, Borivali) are preferred for ease of commute.
