Telesales Executive

We are seeking energetic candidates to join our Telesales Team. You will be responsible for connecting with customers and assisting them with financial products like Loans, Insurance and Credit Cards.

Fixed Shift: General Shift (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST)

Candidate Requirements:

1. Must have excellent communication skills in English.
2. Must know one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odiya or Malayalam
3. Ability to work in a call centre environment
4. Good persuasion and negotiation skills
5. Basic understanding of financial products is a plus (but not mandatory)
