Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain product or service features clearly
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
Follow company scripts and sales processes
Handle customer objections professionally
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a target-based environment
