Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience in real estate or BPO domain preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 & 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Rotational: 2 weeks night / 2 weeks day
• Week Off: Rotational offs between Monday to Thursday
• Weekend Attendance: Mandatory (Friday till Sunday)
