Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused selling, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote and sell company products or services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric approach.
