Roles and Responsibilities –  (Qualifications: Any Graduate with 5+ Years Working In Tender Profile)

• Computer Literate and Proficient Using Microsoft Suite (Eg. Ms. Office, Excel, Power Point)

• Search tenders in government portal. Strong knowledge of Govt Tender Portals

• Prepare Proper Pre-Qualification, technical qualification & financial BOQ. coordination with the senior or having knowledge for sending request letter, extension letters.

• Download tender from portal & prepare tender documents and uploading on website timely submission of tender Online and Offline.

• Maintain original documents file/databank of company registration for tendering purpose.

• Track & update our day-to-day communication, corrigendum, notices, regarding tenders.

• Knowledge of Internet Banking, Payment transactions.

• Track & follow up with Tender Department for refund of EMD And look up payment related matters & any more. Follow up with OEM, customer, accounts through E-Mail & telephone.

• Excellent time management skills; strong decision making skills; critical and creative thinking skills; highly motivated; ability to work well without supervision.

• Coordinate with govt departments for tender status and required documentation

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report

Experience – 3+ years.
