Butterfly Learning is seeking a dedicated behavior therapist to work with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based interventions in 1:1 and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy using skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
• Collect and maintain client data
• Support parent/caregiver training
• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and Pediatric Neurologists
• Maintain confidentiality and a safe therapy environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Basic computer/MS Office proficiency
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and accept constructive feedback
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
