📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Provide product, process, and sales training
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
• Support team in improving sales skills and productivity
• Coordinate with team leaders and management for training needs

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Sales background
• Experience as a Trainer (on paper) is mandatory
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle training sessions independently
• CIBIL Score: 650 or above (Mandatory)

🎯 Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and training delivery
• Basic knowledge of sales processes
