Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
