Travel Operation Executive

A Travel Operations Executive manages the end-to-end logistics of tours and trips, coordinating bookings (flights, hotels, transport) with clients and suppliers, creating detailed itineraries, handling real-time issues, ensuring compliance with policies, managing budgets, and guaranteeing client satisfaction through seamless execution and support. Key duties involve booking, supplier negotiation, documentation, issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer service, with a focus on efficiency and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking & Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, transfers, and activities; liaise with vendors (DMCs, guides, airlines).
• Itinerary Management: Create, update, and deliver detailed, cost-effective travel itineraries and documents.
• Client Support: Provide pre-travel info, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer on-ground support.
• Supplier Management: Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Financials & Reporting: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare operational reports.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and client requirements.
