🏥 Process Details : US-Based Healthcare – Voice Customer Service

Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls for US healthcare clients while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum HSC Pass

• Experience: HSC / Graduate candidates
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience (Voice preferred)

Documents: Last organization documents mandatory

• ⏰ Work Schedule5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
• US Night Rotational Shifts
• 🚕 Transport FacilityHome Pick-up & Drop for all shift start/end timings between 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Nodal Pick-up & Drop:

• Andheri East – Western Line
• Vikhroli – Central & Harbour Line

Transport Boundary (Office to):

• Mira Road
• Churchgate
• Thane
• CST
• Vashi

⚠️ Candidates residing outside the above boundaries will not be eligible.

• 💰 Salary Structure (Based on Experience)0 – 6 Months:
• ₹28,000 Gross | ₹24,920 Net Take-Home
• 6 – 12 Months:
• ₹32,750 Gross | ₹29,670 Net Take-Home
• 12 – 18 Months:
• ₹35,000 Gross | ₹31,920 Net Take-Home
• 18 – 30 Months:
• ₹37,500 Gross | ₹34,420 Net Take-Home
• 30 – 42 Months:
• ₹40,000 Gross | ₹36,920 Net Take-Home
• 42+ Months:
• ₹45,000 Gross | ₹41,920 Net Take-Home
