Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform 2W Diagnostics & Repairs - Carrying out diagnostics and repairs for Electric two-wheelers.
- 2W Scheduled Maintenance Tasks - Completing scheduled maintenance for Electric two-Wheelers.
- Ticket/Work Order Updation & Closing - Updating and closing tickets or work orders, including tracking material consumption.
- CS/Battery Repair – Performing Charging Station (CS) Installation & Maintenance tasks and handling battery repairs/ replacements.
Technical Skill Set Required:
- Basic knowledge of Two-wheeler
- Diagnostics & Repairs.
- Knowledge of battery repair & maintenance will be advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve technical issues.
Behavioral Skill Set Required:
- Teamwork and Collaboration
