Job Description
- Sourcing & Acquisition: Driving Micro LAP disbursements through direct sales, direct selling agents (DSAs), local connectors, and referral partners.
- Customer Targeting: Focusing on micro-enterprises, shop owners, traders, and small MSMEs that need capital and can provide residential or commercial property as collateral.
- Document & Credit Management: Collecting KYC and property documents, conducting initial validation, and coordinating with the credit/legal team to ensure smooth, fast processing (3–5 working days).
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners to generate repeat business.
- Portfolio Quality: Maintaining low delinquency by ensuring quality sourcing and compliance with RBI guidelines and company policy.
