🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Hotel & General Manager to lead end-to-end operations of our boutique hotel in Fagu. The role requires strong control over guest experience, staff management, revenue, and property upkeep, with a mindset of building a premium “home away from home” hospitality brand.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

Ensure smooth daily hotel operations across rooms, restaurant, banquet, and rooftop.

Maintain high guest satisfaction, handle escalations, and ensure repeat business.

Implement SOPs for housekeeping, front office, food service, and maintenance.

Team Management

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and support staff.

Maintain discipline, service standards, and positive work culture.

Conduct regular staff performance reviews.

Revenue & Sales

Drive occupancy through OTA management, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing.

Coordinate with Zenia central sales team for group bookings and events.

Optimize pricing based on season, demand, and competition.

Financial Control

Monitor daily cash flow, expenses, inventory, and vendor payments.

Control wastage, utilities, and operational costs.

Prepare basic financial and occupancy reports for ownership.

Property Maintenance

Ensure rooms, common areas, plumbing, electricals, and safety systems are in top condition.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with local laws, police verification, fire safety, and licenses.

Maintain guest records and reporting as per regulations.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years experience in hotel/resort operations or as Assistant GM / Operations Manager.

Strong background in hill stations / resort properties preferred.

Good understanding of OTA platforms (MMT, Booking, Airbnb).

Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable living on-site or nearby in Fagu.

Fluent in Hindi; working English required.
