Industry Experience: Prior experience in Food & FMCG is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely store opening and compliance with all operational procedures
- Maintain stock levels and implement effective loss prevention measures
- Manage smooth store operations and daily team coordination
- Maintain store assets in proper working condition
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and share insights with the merchandising team
- Optimize store space for better visibility and customer experience
- Monitor manpower to maintain productivity and performance
- Control shrinkage, expiry, and waste through process improvements
