Collection Associate

Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Collection ProcessJob Summary:

We are hiring Tele callers for the Loan Collection process. The role involves contacting customers over the phone to remind them about loan EMIs, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining professional and ethical communication.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for loan EMI reminders and overdue payments.
• Inform customers about outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment modes.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure collections are done on time.
• Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.
• Handle customer queries related to loan accounts and payments.
• Maintain accurate call logs, payment status, and customer records.
• Escalate critical or unresolved cases to seniors when required.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal collection practices.
• Eligibility Criteria:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in loan collection / recovery / telecalling is an added advantage.
• Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations calmly.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
