Team Leader

Job Description – Team Leader (QR Code Sales / Fintech)Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in QR code sales, digital payments, and fintech field operations. The candidate should be capable of handling a field team, driving targets, and ensuring on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives for QR, Soundbox, and merchant onboarding.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for digital payment products.
• Train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity and field performance.
• Conduct regular field visits, audits, and review meetings to ensure process compliance.
• Ensure accurate MIS reporting and daily updates from the field team.
• Coordinate with operations, backend, and support teams for ID creation, attendance, and issue resolution.
• Handle merchant escalations related to activation, settlements, and device issues.
• Monitor team performance metrics like footfall, conversion, activations, and reactivations.
• Execute city-level sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
• Ensure zero fraud, proper documentation, and adherence to onboarding SOPs.
• Required Experience2–5 years of experience in QR Code Sales / Fintech / Merchant Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience from companies like Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Pine Labs, Mswipe, Bijlipay, etc.
• Prior experience handling field sales teams is preferred.
