📢 Hiring: Team Leader – Field Sales (GPay Onboarding)
Location: Kanchipuram | Chennai | Coimbatore | Thiruvallur
Industry: Fintech / Telecom
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC + ₹1,800 Allowance + ₹10,000 Incentives
🔹 Role Summary:
We are hiring energetic Team Leaders to handle on-field teams for Google Pay (GPay) QR & Merchant Onboarding.
Candidates from Fintech (QR / Soundbox Sales) or Telecom (Prepaid / Postpaid SIM Sales) background are preferred.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Field Sales Executives for merchant onboarding and activation.
- Drive GPay QR installations, first transaction activations & team productivity.
- Train, monitor & motivate the field team to achieve daily targets.
- Conduct market visits & ensure quality onboarding in assigned areas.
🔹 Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1+ years in Fintech or Telecom Field Sales.
- Must be open to field work.
- Good communication & team-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory.
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
