Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive market growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business presence in Trivandrum and Kollam markets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify and build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal sales and showroom teams to achieve targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets.
• Requirements3–5 years experience in marketing or business development.
• Experience in electrical, lighting, interior, construction, or building materials preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid license required.
• Good local market knowledge of Trivandrum/Kollam.
