Cafe Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, manage staff, control inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts as needed

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Handle customer complaints and special requests professionall

• Oversee day-to-day café operations
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, and banking duties
• Ensure the café meets all food safety and cleanliness standard

• Promote daily specials and seasonal offerings
• Work with marketing to implement promotions and events
• Monitor and analyze sales and profitability reports
