Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- Work from Home(Virtual interview)

Process -- E-Commerce (Voice Support)

Salary -- Rs. 15700(Inhand) + Benefits, CTC- 17500/ Month

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Job Description:

Required:

1.Laptop with i5 processor and 10 GB RAM and Window 10 or above

2.WIFI is Must

3.Basic English

4.Malyalam  Fluent

5.Minimum 6 Months Experience

6.· The typing speed should be 25 WPM & Above with 85% Accuracy.

Job Responsibility --

·   Handling basic customer queries related to Ecommerce Products and providing customer resolution.

. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.

·    Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers

·    Willingness to work in Rotational Shift,

. Customer Centric and handle the customer Happily.

. Should be an Immediate joiner within 1-2 Days.

. Use the appropriate methods and tools to provide information that is accurate, comprehensive, and thorough.
