Job Title: DMS Collection Executive (Work From Home)

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Salary: ₹11,000 (Fixed, per month)

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Debt Management and Services (DMS) team as Collection Executives (Work From Home). The role involves handling collection/recovery operations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of overdue payments while maintaining professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers through calls/emails for overdue payment follow-ups.

Explain outstanding details and negotiate repayment plans when required.

Update and maintain customer payment records in the DMS.

Upload, verify, and track collection-related documents in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations, discrepancies, or disputes.

Generate periodic collection reports from the DMS for management review.

Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.

Consistently work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with DMS/CRM tools.

Good record-keeping and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

0–1 years of experience in collections, customer service, or document management.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in BFSI/NBFC collections will be an added advantage.
