Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook who specializes in authentic South Indian cuisine. The candidate should be skilled in preparing traditional dishes with consistency, hygiene, and high quality, while maintaining kitchen standards.

• Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, chutneys, curries, and rice varieties
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Plan daily menus and assist with menu development when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards
• Manage food preparation, storage, and proper handling of ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of ingredient requirements
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
