AC Technician

Service TechnicianJob Description: As a Service Technician at Delat Q, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and providing timely solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems at client locations.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment.
• Ensure all HVAC systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular system inspections, identify issues, and recommend necessary repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and providing expert advice on system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of services, including repair and maintenance histories.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergency service calls as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle physical work and be on-site for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
