Job Summary:
GDS runs the Account Centricity Program (ACP) for the MENA region that directly complements efforts to grow GDS Client Services support for the region in alignment with the overall firm’s account centric strategy. The ACP Program Management Office team member is expected to help with driving various activities – operational and strategic – both at a program level and account level to ensure the success of the program.
This role is suited for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual who can support program-level and account/sector-level activities, assist with reporting and planning cycles, and coordinate with stakeholders across teams. The candidate should bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to ensure smooth execution of program deliverables. The role also involves supporting process improvements, automation efforts, and contributing to initiatives that elevate the program’s impact
Responsibilities on the job:
Account/Sector-Level
- Support coordination of GDS account calls, GDS sector connects, and MENA account/sector leadership connects.
- Assist in maintaining relationship management activities, including tracking relationship strength and progress.
- Tack high-value opportunities and wins, and drive traction with identified opportunities and action items
- Conduct research and analysis of account/sector information using internal reports, databases, and external sources; prepare summaries for account/sector leads.
- Assist in developing research notes, reports, and presentations on account or sector topics.
- Support coordination of account/sector strategy meetings, client visits, and workshops.
- Maintain trackers for stakeholder connects, global account team changes, and client engagement details.
Program-Level
- Support the PMO reporting processes, including dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Assist in coordinating program onboarding calls, community calls, and recurring program meetings.
- Prepare reports, intelligence packs, and summaries using data from multiple sources.
- Assist in organizing annual planning workshops, quarterly all‑hands meetings, and related events.
- Contribute to program communications, leadership presentation support, and ongoing initiatives.
Knowledge, Competency and Skills Requirements:
Professional
- Good stakeholder coordination skills with experience working across teams or functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare structured presentations and visually communicate information clearly.
- Good research skills and familiarity with research tools/databases.
- Comfort with working on data, performing analysis, and summarizing insights.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical reasoning abilities.
- Knowledge of account management processes is an added advantage.
Behavioural
- Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance when required.
- Good critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual and cross‑functional teams.
- Professional maturity and confidence to interact with leaders at Senior Manager and above levels
Technical
- Good proficiency in MS Office tools — Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Working knowledge of CoPilot or other GenAI tools.
- Knowledge of any automation or visualization tools is desirable, though not mandatory

Work Experience and Educational Requirements:
Education:
- Graduation in any stream
- Post-Graduation: Not mandatory, but a full-time MBA (or equivalent) will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Project Management, Research, or related roles.
- Experience in a large professional services environment preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate workload and multiple time zones as needed.
- The role will be based out of Trivandrum
