AI/ML Architect

• AI/ML Fundamentals: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence/machine learning and deep learning. • Agentic AI: Expertise in designing autonomous AI agents and workflows. • Python Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Computer Vision: Strong experience in vision-based models, CNNs, and image processing. • LLMs & VLMs: Hands-on experience with GPT, LLaMA, and multimodal architectures. • AI/ML Leadership: Define and execute technical strategy for AI/ML projects, including Agentic AI and autonomous workflows. Lead research and development of LLMs (GPT, LLaMA), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Computer Vision models. • Model Development & Optimization: Architect and implement CNNs, Transformers, multimodal architectures for vision and NLP tasks. Apply model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning) for performance and efficiency. • Agentic AI & Automation: Design intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision-making. Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) for semantic search and retrieval. • Backend Integration: Develop scalable APIs using Python (Flask/FastAPI) for model serving and orchestration. • Data Management: Oversee data preprocessing, annotation workflows, and ensure high-quality datasets for training. • Team Mentorship: Guide engineers, review code, and enforce best practices in ML development and deployment. • Deployment & Scalability: Implement containerization using Docker, manage version control with Git, and ensure CI/CD readiness.
