Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system logs and performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly.
